you wish to book. Upon receipt of the booking form, we will forward our receipt confirming bookings
and start venues.

I confirm that Myself and any other person on behalf of whom I have made this booking, are
physically fit having due regard to the grade and length of walks booked. I understand that
Walk Northumbria is under no liability whatsoever in respect of personal loss or injury
which I/we may sustain, except as required by law.
