Wooler Walk Weekend 29th - 31st October 2010

Based at Wooler Youth Hostel, Walk Northumbria Guides will offer guided walks each day and a night walk on the Friday. Sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the cultural heritage of the area, they will introduce you to the Cheviot Hills and beyond.

Your Weekend starts on the Friday evening with an introductory talk and the option of a bookable night walk. At least two guided walks will be available on the Saturday. The walks will be repeated on the Sunday giving you the option of selecting a different guide with a different tale to tell. Additional guides and walks will be provided in order to keep walking groups to a maximum of 20 persons. Saturday evening can be spent around the fire listening to entertainment provided by local Northumbrian Musicians.

You can book the walks by themselves either individually or for the weekend as a whole. If you wish accommodation for the weekend various options are available.
Wooler Youth Hostel is available for the Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday Nights and is able to provide breakfast, packed lunches and diner for the length of your stay. A vegetarian option for meals is always available. Single rooms are available at a supplement.
